Yes! There is free street parking available right outside the studio, making your visit easy and convenient.

To create a calm and relaxing environment, I kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone unless we’ve discussed special circumstances in advance.

You can reschedule your appointment through your confirmation email or by contacting me directly. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.

If you’re running late, please let me know as soon as possible. Depending on the time available, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule to ensure the best possible result.

A patch test isn’t required for everyone, but it’s recommended if you’ve never had lash extensions before, have sensitive skin, allergies, or have experienced a reaction to lash products in the past. If you’re unsure, feel free to get in touch and I’ll be happy to advise.
